What can I expect after booking?

After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with your appointment details. We'll also send a text reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment date. 

If it's your first visit, you will need to complete our short medical history form in advance, which you will receive via email after booking.

How can I prepare for my first session?

To prepare for your first session, wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement and access. Please arrive 5 minutes early and ensure you've completed any required health forms sent in advance. 

Should you have any relevant medical reports or referral letters, bring them along with you.

Most importantly, be ready to discuss your symptoms, common goals, and health history with your clinician. 

Can I eat before my treatment?

If you have agreed to receive wet cupping as part of your treatment plan (opted in via our New Patient Form), please ensure a 3 hour food fast has been maintained prior to your appointment. Hydration is encouraged.

What conditions do you treat?

We primarily treat a wide range of musculoskeletal issues such as back pain, joint problems, sports injuries, and postural imbalances. However, we take a holistic approach that may also support other health concerns. Suitability for treatment beyond musculoskeletal issues will be determined by the clinician after reviewing your medical history form.

How many treatments will I need?

The number of treatments you'll need will depend on the history of your presenting condition and the findings from your physical assessment. Your clinician will discuss a tailored treatment plan with you before any treatment begins, ensuring it aligns with your needs and goals.

How can I pay?

We accept payments by cash, debit and credit card. If needed, we’re happy to provide a receipt for insurance purposes. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept payment via amex cards at this time.

What days are you open?

As a new business, our clinic operates:

  • Wednesday - Friday 16:00-20:00
  • Saturday - 08:00-17:00

What do I do if I'm running late?

If you're running late for your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible by calling, texting, or leaving a voicemail with your estimated arrival time. While we’ll always do our best to accommodate you, arriving late may reduce your treatment time and affect the schedule for other patients. We appreciate your understanding and consideration.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice in line with our cancellation policy. To do so, please send us a text with your name, appointment date, and reason for cancelling. If you're cancelling with less than 24 hours’ notice, we also ask that you call or leave a voicemail in addition to texting, so we’re aware and can adjust our schedule accordingly.
